THIS POSITION WOULD BE BASED IN SEOUL, KOREA (100% REMOTE WORK ARRANGEMENT)Responsibilities Strategic planning to drive short, mid & long-term development not limited to: - Short-term: Manage existing customers on organic growth YoY Mid-term: Adopt 3 years plan strategy to grow Socomec’s growth in Korea Perform customer visits (Panel Builders, Dealer, End User, etc.) to present our company, products and solution to generate request for quotation. Conduct specification business development on Socomec’s products with consulting engineers, panel builders, integrators, electrical contractors, OEM’s and other defined targets. Bring added value to our Partner’s regarding prescription actions toward consultants. Follow up quotations and customer requests & complains coordinating with customer qualify and satisfaction team. Identify and develop new prospects through his/her own commercial investigation (customers, segments, product adaptation). Support the implementation of the marketing action plan.Requirements Holds a degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account and/or partner management, with a proven sales track record Able to speak Korean language is a must due to job requirement Technical knowledge for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) is highly preferred Good understanding of datacenter industry preferred Demonstrated experience in account management and ability to grow new markets Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships and expert in partner management Proficient in acquiring and analysing industry and market trends Experienced in the Low Voltage industry with a local network of panel builders, M&E consultants, and end users Independent and results-driven Possesses a business ownership mindset focused on growth
