Job Description

Key responsibilities and tasks:Operational activities and administration:Maintaining primary reporting: daily and weekly reports on sales, customer inventory balances, and planexecution.Processing of incoming orders from customers, control and support of shipments.Preparation of documents for holding promotional events (maintaining a promotional calendar of promotionsaccording to the Client's standard) and coordination of changes in it.Working with the Client:Regular (daily/weekly) contact with the Client's product teams at the operational level to obtain thenecessary data for their subsequent processing.Solution of current issues: tracking shipments, claims, coordination of flow movements in cooperation withFF.Collect feedback from Customers on issues that require additional coordination or improvement ofinteraction processes.Participation in joint visits with senior KAM to the Client (if necessary)Analytics and sales support:Daily processing of Customer sales reports in order to optimize the data format and then use them forinternal purposes of the Company.Weekly PSI generation (together with KAM)Analysis of product balances in the customer's warehouses, initiating orders if necessary.Daily online price monitoring of key competitors with the maintenance of a violation database (NRPA), toquickly influence the situation.Monthly preparation and verification of data for calculating Customer compensationMonitoring the implementation of PROMOTIONAL activities, collecting data on errors in this direction andmaking suggestions for their correctionMonitoring the quality of filling out the Company's product cards on the Client's website to correct anyerrorsParticipation in preparation for the launch of new products of the CompanyAssistance in preparing presentations for internal work meetings.Preparation of data for participation in tenders and commercial offers (if necessary)Candidate requirementsEducation and experience:Higher education (preferably in economics, management, marketing).Work experience from 0 to 3 years in sales, trading, marketing or as an assistant / account manager.Internship experience in retail or distribution is welcome.Important: Understanding the specifics of working with retail (store formats, basics of merchandising,principles of purchasing in retail chains) will be a huge plus.Professional knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):Confident PC user: MS Office (required-advanced Excel for pivot tables, dashboards and basic analysis,PowerPoint for presentations).Ability to work with large amounts of data and numbers.Basic knowledge of finance (understanding profit, margin, discounts).Good oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of foreign languages: English /Chinese is welcome.Personal qualities (Soft Skills):Learning ability and activity: the desire to quickly learn new things and immerse yourself in tasks.Attention to detail: thorough handling of orders and reports.Communication skills: the ability to express thoughts clearly and in a structured manner over the phone andemail.Multitasking and stress tolerance: ability to work in the mode of many small tasks and internal processes.Customer focus: the attitude to help and solve problems, if they ariseResponsibility and efficiency.
