As we grow, we are looking for a Junior Talent Onboarding & Recruitment Coordinator to help identify, recruit, and onboard freelancers for active enterprise projects.Role OverviewThis is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding of freelancers for enterprise clients. You will help search for talent both within the Freelancer platform and externally (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc.), screen candidates based on requirements, coordinate communication, and ensure a smooth onboarding process onto our projects and systems.You'll work closely with our Delivery Managers and Project Coordinators to make sure roles are filled quickly and efficiently — with the right talent.Key ResponsibilitiesSource freelancers for active project roles from:Freelancer.com talent poolLinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and off-platform networksConduct basic screenings to assess skills, availability, and job fitCoordinate interviews, assessments, and selection workflowsGuide freelancers through onboarding steps (documentation, NDAs, compliance, platform setup, tool access, etc.)Assist in maintaining accurate records in internal systems and CRMSupport Delivery Managers with project staffing updates and reportingHelp maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or frequently-needed rolesRequired Skills & Profile0-2 years experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, HR support, or a similar role (fresh graduates welcome)Strong communication skills - written and verbalComfortable interacting with global freelancers across different time zonesBasic understanding of job roles in tech/digital projects (or willingness to learn)High attention to detail, organised, and proactive in follow-upAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignmentsNice to HaveExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or sourcing toolsPrior internship or support role in HR, recruiting, customer success, or operationsInterest in talent marketplaces, digital work, or global workforce modelsWhat We OfferOpportunity to learn recruitment and project operations in a global companyExposure to enterprise clients and international freelancersClear growth path into Talent Specialist, Delivery Coordinator, or Project Operations rolesSupportive team environment and on-the-job training
