This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who want to start their career in an international work environment. Full training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate Kurdish and Turkish user-generated content based on platform guidelines. Identify and remove content that violates policies or legal standards. Ensure high-quality and consistent decisions in moderation. Report harmful, sensitive, or suspicious content when necessary. Collaborate with team leaders and follow quality standards. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. RequirementsFluency in Kurdish (any dialect: Kurmancî / Sorani). Good level of Turkish or English for internal communication. No prior experience required — entry-level welcomed. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Work Schedule (Rotational Shifts)According to legal regulations, shifts rotate — no permanent night or morning shift:07:30 – 16:30 15:00 – 00:00 23:30 – 08:00 Salary & BenefitsPerformance Bonus: Up to 2,650 TL (based on 100% performance) Meal Allowance (Pluxee Card): 4,500 TL Private Health Insurance: MAPHRE Selection ProcessInitial Phone Screening — brief introduction; candidate must speak Kurdish.
