Job Title: Key Accounts Manager – Eastern CanadaLocation: Ontario (ideally based in GTA)Reports To: Vice President of Sales and OperationsBrands: Sticky Greens/Trippy SipsAbout Our Company Brands:Sticky Greens and Trippy Sips are leading Canadian cannabis brands within the Canadian recreational marketplace. We are currently seeking a results driven Key Accounts Manager to drive sales and growth within Eastern Canada. The Key Accounts Manager – Eastern Canada will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail buyers and category managers as well as working closely with the Field Sales and Brand Ambassador Team to successfully implement and activate within the retail marketplace. The successful candidate will bring a passion for sales, a strong book of established relationships and accounts and a hunger to succeed. This role will require strategic planning alongside the Vice President of Sales Operations, Vice President of Key Accounts and New Business Development and collaboration across departments to further support our brands and products within the Ontario retail marketplace.Job Summary:The Key Accounts Manager will be the primary managerial point of contact for multi-store cannabis retail buyers in Eastern Canada. You will play a vital role in promoting our products by organizing and executing in-store activities in collaboration with retail banners and driving sales growth through collaborative marketing and strategic planning. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our brand's presence in Ontario and Eastern Canada.Key Responsibilities:1.    Consult and Educate Retail Buyers and Category Managers:Develop in-depth knowledge of Sticky Greens and Trippy Sips products and their benefits.Educate cannabis retailer buyers and category managers on the Sticky Greens and Trippy Sips brands and value proposition.Provide tailored product recommendations and support to meet key banner specific needs.2.    Support Key Partners:Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners in the region.Plan in-store activities, including pop-up activations and educational events and work closely with Field Sales and the brand ambassador team to execute these activations in the market.Ensure the successful implementation of brand marketing strategies at partner locations.3.    Business Development:Identify and target new business opportunities within the territory.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.Ability to travel within Canada to support company functions and initiatives4.    Reporting and Analysis:Provide regular reports on sales and market trends within your book of business utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - experience working within the PowerBI framework is an added bonus.Collaborate with sales leadership to create data-driven strategies for growth.Ensure CRM and sales tools are updated regularly and accurately.5.    Compliance:Ensure all activities adhere to local and provincial regulations governing the cannabis industry.Qualifications:1 to 2 years of Key Account Management experience with the Canadian Recreational Cannabis IndustryMinimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and regulations in Canada.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Additional Information:This position requires regular travel within Ontario and other areas of the country.Flexible working hours to accommodate in-store activities and retailer availability.The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, bonus structure, and health care spending account.If you are passionate about the cannabis industry, possess exceptional sales and relationship-building skills, and are committed to driving the success of the Sticky Greens and Trippy Sips brands, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
