Pre-Owned Sales ManagerAdams Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. – Wetaskiwin, AlbertaFull-Time | In-Dealership Leadership RoleAdams Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. is growing—and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our Used Vehicle Department in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. About the RoleAs our Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the used vehicle department, including inventory management, appraisals, sales performance, marketing initiatives, and team leadership. You will work closely with dealership leadership to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the department while maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly sales and gross targets.Manage the full lifecycle of used vehicle inventory—acquisitions, appraisals, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising.Monitor market trends and utilize tools like vAuto to optimize pricing and stocking strategies.Maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, wholesalers, and internal departments.Oversee online merchandising, including photos, descriptions, and third-party marketplace performance.Conduct trade appraisals and make sound decisions that align with departmental profitability.Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, OEM programs, and provincial regulations.Drive a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. QualificationsProven experience in automotive sales management (pre-owned management experience strongly preferred).Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent understanding of used vehicle operations, appraisals, and market-based pricing.Experience with CRM tools, desking software, and online merchandising platforms.Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Valid Alberta driver’s license.
