Job Description
Job location: Helsinki, FinlandResponsibilities:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and retention.Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical, and finance) to deliver solutions.Monitor account performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding business within existing accounts.Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and customer feedback.Support new business development by contributing to proposals and presentations.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service (B2B environment preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Chinese and local language.Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience in the IT, data center, or technology industry is a strong advantage.Proven record of achieving sales targets or maintaining key accounts.Customer-oriented mindset with strategic thinking.岗位职责:建立并维护长期的客户关系,确保信任与客户留存。理解客户需求,并与内部团队(销售、运营、技术及财务)协调合作,提供合适的解决方案。监控客户账户表现,主动解决问题,确保客户满意度。识别追加销售或在现有客户中拓展业务的机会。准备客户账户状态、销售业绩及客户反馈报告。通过参与提案和演示,支持新业务拓展工作。任职要求:具有3–5年客户管理、销售或客户服务相关经验(有B2B环境经验者优先)。具备优秀的中英文及当地语言沟通、谈判和演讲能力。拥有出色的解决问题能力和人际交往技巧。能够同时管理多个客户账户,并有效安排工作优先级。拥有IT、数据中心或科技行业工作经验者优先。具备达成销售目标或维护关键客户的成功经验。以客户为中心,具备战略思维。
