This growth has created the need for a dedicated professional who can build and nurture strategic relationships, ensure operational excellence, and drive sustainable business development. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of Brother’s Products & Solutions sales operations in Lithuania. This role combines strategic account management with business development to expand Brother’s market presence, ensure customer satisfaction, and align local operations with headquarters’ guidelines.Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for achieving Brother’s sales targets in Lithuania.Manage and develop the P&S sales operation, ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.Supervise local sales and marketing activities, ensuring compliance with HQ strategy, brand guidelines, and operational standards.Identify and open new sales channels to increase market penetration.Coordinate sales operations with all Lithuanian customers and authorized dealers.Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and expand the dealer network to capture new opportunities.Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to sales contacts in Lithuania to enhance performance.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.Prepare regular reports and forecasts for regional and HQ management.Requirements:Proven track record in B2B sales (at least 2 – 4 years) and account management, preferably within the technology, electronics, or printing solutions industry.Experience in managing dealer networks and building long-term customer relationships.Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and close new opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently while coordinating with regional and global teams.Fluent in Lithuanian and English.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.Driving license and own car.You can be from Vilnius or Kaunas.Company Offers:Performance-based bonus program tied to both company and regional results.Fuel allowance to support business mobility.Annual corporate events and team-building trips to foster collaboration and engagement.Continuous professional development through training programs.Monthly salary:4000 – 4600 Eur/gross.
