You will oversee and grow relationships with our most valuable clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning internal resources to meet client needs.In detail, you will:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts/clients.Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.Own and execute sales plans within the assigned country.Drive sustainable profitability through efficient execution, cost control, and value-driven initiatives.Monitor account performance and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal teams (product line, marketing, demand planning, customer service) to support client success.Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics.Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.Drive sell-out performance and monitor sell-out data.Plan and execute promotional campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.Manage account receivables and ensure no outstanding payments.Lead sales forecasting, planning, and execution for assigned accounts.Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related2–3 years of relevant experience in sales or key account management, preferably within the appliance industry and/or FMCGCommercially focused with strong financial understandingResults-driven and able to influence for results at all levelsWell-developed communication and leadership skillsEnjoys creating and maintaining strong customer relationshipsAble to seek, interpret and develop insights from data and are comfortable with analytical workWilling to travel frequently on fieldGood command of English – all internal communication, materials, and training sessions are conducted in English, as part of operating within an international company environment.Benefits highlights:Swedish working culture and ethics - we’re famous for our friendly work atmosphere and work-life balance Private medical insurance  Discounts on our award-winning products Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path  Where you'll be:You will be based in our Tallinn Office and report to Head of Sales Baltics.As part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
