In this role, you will be a key driver of growth. If you're a sales-driven professional who loves building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.Your MissionOwn the Relationship: Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with key restaurant chains across Finland.Drive Commercial Growth: Lead negotiations for high impact campaigns and other investment opportunities.Analyze, Strategize, and Execute: Leverage partner data to identify growth levers, then transform those insights into a clear, executable sales plan and winning presentationEnsure Operational Excellence: Analyze KPIs and data to pinpoint inefficiencies, track progress, and ensure campaigns and vendor operations are driving effective growthCollaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance) to ensure your partners are satisfied and profitable.We are looking for a candidate who is a natural doer and problem-solver, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their numbers and relationships. Your ability to communicate, influence, and deliver results will be key to your success.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management. FMCG, retail, or a food-related sector is a strong plus.A proven track record of driving sales growth and successfully managing commercial partnerships.Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand a client’s business needs and align our services to their goalsA proactive problem-solver who can anticipate client challenges and be hands on developing solutions before they become issues.Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, with an aptitude for quickly mastering new software and platformsFluency in both English and Finnish.Additional InformationWe move quickly to find the right people!
