Key Account ManagerRemote -The NetherlandsJoin the movement to protect people from scamsThe Global Anti-Scam Alliance seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to grow our chapter by strengthening partnerships and expanding membership. You will be instrumental in advancing our mission to protect people globally from scams.About the Global Anti-Scam AllianceGASA is a rapidly growing non-profit that unites governments, law enforcement, consumer authorities, tech companies, financial institutions, cybersecurity experts, and private organizations to share knowledge, raise awareness, and combat scams globally. Our annual Global Anti-Scam Summits in Europe, Asia, and Africa bring together thought leaders shaping safer digital ecosystems. To increase our local impact, we are establishing regional chapters to foster collaboration and grow our partner network.Your roleAs Key Account Manager you will serve as the primary link between GASA and its community of members, partners, and stakeholders. Balancing strategic relationship management with operational execution, you will ensure every engagement drives value and growth. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing Directors, you will coordinate seamless onboarding, retention, and renewal processes.As Key Account Manager, you will:Manage and nurture relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.Proactively monitor satisfaction to drive retention and renewals.Be the first point of contact for member support and inquiries.Identify upsell, renewal, and new partnership opportunities.Support marketing and event activities to align with sales efforts.Coordinate internal teams for smooth service delivery.Facilitate engagement via virtual and onsite events.Represent GASA at key industry conferences and summits.Maintain accurate CRM records for tracking and reporting.About youA proactive, relationship-driven professional with proven success committed to advancing GASA’s mission.You bringBachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.At least five years experience in account management, community management, customer success, or business development.Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships internationally.Experience in B2B settings, preferably in anti-fraud, cybersecurity, or digital trust sectors.Excellent English communication; additional language skills are a plus.Results-oriented, customer-focused, and hands-on.Based in or willing to establish a remote base in the Netherlands with occasional travel.What we offerA meaningful role in a globally recognized non-profit.The opportunity to make a real impact in the fight against scams.Collaboration with leading organizations and experts worldwide.A mission-driven, ambitious, and flexible work environment.Competitive terms based on experience and contributionHow to applyAre you a results-driven connector with a passion for purpose?
