Join us as a Key Account Manager and drive growth in the FMCG industry!This role combines strategic account management with hands-on business development. The focus is on expanding market presence, building strong client partnerships, and delivering sustainable sales results in a dynamic, international environment.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business, build lasting client relationships, and drive growth.Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while analyzing performance and forecasting results.Represent the company in Poland with strong product and market expertise.Research market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base.Understand client challenges and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.Meet or exceed sales quotas through focused execution.Manage month-end and year-end sales processes and client accounts.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.Proven success in FMCG (non-food) sales.Strong business development background with a hunter mindset.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and performance-driven approach. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel and a customer-focused attitude.Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Fluent in Polish and English.Skills: customer,account management,crm
