As we scale, we're expanding to new industries and regions, solidifying our position as a leader in the FinTech landscape.Join our Key Account Management team and help us shape the future of finance!Why VIALET?Impact: Directly contribute to a platform used by industry leaders.Growth: Be part of a rapidly expanding company with ambitious goals.Expertise: Work alongside a talented Risk Management team in a collaborative environment.Ownership: Take ownership and see your work make a real difference.What You'll DoAccount & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for key acquiring customers and partners.Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and newly onboarded merchants.Provide professional support for clients' daily payment and operational needs.Develop a strong understanding of VIALET’s acquiring products, features, and technical capabilities, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.Post-Onboarding Support & Go-Live CoordinationSupport merchants after the onboarding process is completed, ensuring they understand the approved setup (limits, currencies, payment methods).Share and explain technical configuration details required to activate the integration.Coordinate communication between the merchant and internal technical teams to ensure a smooth go-live process.Assist in resolving any setup-related questions, environment testing issues, or final integration requirements.Provide merchants with updates from Risk/Compliance teams when clarifications or additional information are required from the client, ensuring clear and timely communication.Ongoing Monitoring & Portfolio ManagementMonitor ongoing customer activity, focusing on business performance indicators such as turnover dynamics, decline rates, refunds, chargebacks, and conversion.Identify operational anomalies (e.g., sudden volume drops) and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.Review assigned merchant limits, connected currencies, and operational settings, informing customers about updates or necessary adjustments.Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and share insights to support client growth and operational efficiency.Provide structured updates on portfolio performance to your direct manager.Cross-Functional CollaborationCommunicate client needs and challenges to Product, Operations, and Technical teams.Support Risk and Compliance teams with merchant communication when additional documents or clarifications are required during investigations or pattern analysis.Share merchant feedback and opportunities with Product, Operations and Sales teams to support continuous improvement.Maintain accurate and organized customer records for internal tracking and operational alignment.What You'll Bring1–3 years of experience in banking, payments, merchant acquiring, KYC/AML or similar fields.Understanding of payment processing flows, chargebacks, disputes, and basic risk indicators.Familiarity with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and regulatory standards such as AML/KYC, PSD2, PCI DSS (or willingness to learn quickly).Strong communication and cooperation skills when working with customers, partners, and internal teams.Analytical thinking, ability to interpret business or transactional data, and attention to detail.Good time-management and prioritization skills, ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.Initiative, independence when needed, and a positive attitude with readiness to #do.it.right.Professional English language skills (additional languages are an advantage).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with AML/compliance tools or platforms like Tableau, Zoho, Asana, Notion is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive compensation: 2055 – 2505 euros Gross, based on your experience and knowledge.Health insurance: Comprehensive health coverage after 3 months.Work-life balance: Hybrid and remote options (after the probation period).
