Their software and services help companies build stronger employee experiences through recognition, service awards, and wellbeing programs.The company has over 1,500 team members worldwide and is focused on helping people thrive at work. They’re looking for someone who can drive new business, grow existing accounts, and build strong client relationships across all levels.What You'll Do:Grow revenue with existing clients through upsells and renewalsBuild relationships with key decision-makers and influencersPrepare proposals and handle contract processesPartner with Client Success teams to support retention effortsBuild your network and help expand the company’s brand locallyWhat They’re Looking For:Currently reside in the greater Atlanta area1–3 years of experience in tech sales, B2B sales, or account managementProven track record winning new business and growing client accountsStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesComfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executivesTech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social media)If you're passionate about helping companies build stronger cultures and love working in a fast-moving sales environment, this could be a great next step.
