About the RoleThe Key Account Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with the company’s key customers to ensure long-term business growth.Key Account officer to join our Wastewater & Lake Management division. The Key Account Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with the company’s key customers to ensure long-term business growth. The role focuses on understanding client needs, coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions, and maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue from assigned key accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and key clients.Understand customer needs and propose suitable products or services.Ensure timely execution of orders, contracts, and service deliveries.Monitor account performance, sales targets, and customer satisfaction levels.Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to meet client expectations.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market feedback.Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.Managing Oil Tank cleaning, one of projects (Variable works).Which part of the Job takes most of your timeRegular communication with key customers (calls, meetings, follow-ups).Understanding client needs and expectations.Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.Resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.Most challenging part of the jobManaging high demands and expectations from key clients.Resolving complaints or issues under time pressure.Coordinating across multiple departments to deliver on promises.Handling negotiations while protecting company profitability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Diploma, Engineering, or a related field.Required SkillsClient Relationship Management: Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.Preferred SkillsMore Than 5 years in operations, manpower Management and client management is often preferred in the UAE.
