We pride ourselves on delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager – Seller Management. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, monitoring account performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies tailored to sellers. Key responsibilities include managing seller accounts, analyzing performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations, and acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution. Qualifications Business Relationship Management, Account Management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sellers and clients (Noon Account)Bachelor’s Degree (MBA is a plus)2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / E-commerce / Commercial rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsFluent in Arabic and EnglishAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Compensation & Benefits Competite SalaryAttractive performance-based incentives paid monthly.Social and medical insuranceRemote Work
