Role SummaryThis role focuses on improving corporate and institutional credit processes to align with credit risk policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. It involves analyzing end-to-end credit workflows, leading process improvement projects, designing systems and documentation, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation. The role also ensures credit process compliance and quality through regular review and issue resolution. Role and Responsibilities / āļŦāļāđāļēāļāļĩāđāļāļ§āļēāļĄāļĢāļąāļāļāļīāļāļāļāļ: Analyze end-to-end processes in corporate and institutional credit to develop and improve workflows in alignment with credit risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Design and develop workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation/tools to facilitate communication and collaboration across relevant teams. Lead and manage credit process improvement projects, including requirements analysis, use case development, end-to-end system design, user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation issue resolution. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as Business Units, Credit Analysts, Compliance, and IT to ensure alignment between processes, systems, and the bankâs strategic objectives. Participate in various projects related to credit process and system development at both team and organizational levels.
Oversee and review credit processes to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards (Credit Quality Assurance), including monitoring and resolving identified issues. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications / āļāļļāļāļŠāļĄāļāļąāļāļī: Knowledge or experience in corporate and institutional lending, or credit risk management for large corporate clients, is an advantage but not a requirement. Ability to design and analyze systems, including creating UML diagrams, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Strong systematic thinking, critical thinking, and the ability to design end-to-end business processes to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency. Understanding of credit processes and quality control standards (Credit Quality Assurance).
Ability to integrate technology and business process development to enhance efficiency and support the bankâs strategic goals. Specific knowledge and skill / āļāļ§āļēāļĄāļĢāļđāđāđāļāļāļēāļ°āļāļģāđāļŦāļāđāļ: Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Access, SAS, Python, and SQL. *This position requires a criminal background check.
