Kirkhill's Leadership Development Program (KLDP) offers you the opportunity to develop strong technical knowledge and professional experience preparing you to play a crucial role in Kirkhill's success now and in the future. The program is designed to learn on the job, experience real life scenarios in a manufacturing environment, and giving you the ability to exercise independent judgement all the while you work with professionals whom have years of experience in manufacturing.

Join us in this program as you embark into your career and evolve into such roles as: Production Supervisor, Quality Supervisor/Manager, Operations Manager, VP of Operations, VP Sales, VP Engineering, Quality Director. Program duration: 1. 5 yearsProgram Structure: 3 rotational assignmentsRotations' length: 6 months each. Travel requirements: Local travel to other sites.

This is not a remote position What kind of compensation is offered?A competitive salaryA broad benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceA 401(k) savings planAll company travel expensesPOSITION SUMMARY: The Kirkhill Leadership Development Associate is responsible for learning and developing concepts and applying them to operations, engineering, manufacturing engineering, and quality to achieve the maximum utilization and efficiency of personnel, material, machines and facilities.

In addition the development program is designed to give the associates leadership experience when it comes to the management of personnel along with a strong business acumen that can be used across different organizational functions. Will interact with more experienced leaders to manage and follow through on independent projects. This position will also assist other leaders when applicable. To join this program, you need to meet or exceed the following criteria: Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus in Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Materials EngineeringGPA of 3. 0 or higher. Relevant experience gained through internship or co-op opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication; project management experience preferred. This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident ["green card" holders] or have refugee or asylee status).
