In case of emergency should report to work immediatelyMaintain operation log sheet and to review with Engineering supervisor /Assit. Chief Engineer. Work closely with peers to assist in their jobs when requested by Assistant Chief Engineer and Engineering SupervisorFollow maintenance and cleaning schedule strictly for Kitchen and Laundry equipments.
