About The RoleKITSCH is currently looking for a motivated and talented Director of Sales who will be responsible for developing and executing Sales Strategies that drive revenue growth and Market share for Kitsch in the Mass Channel. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the CPG Beauty Market, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving Sales targets. What will be your responsibilities?Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence within the Mass ChannelTeam Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementMarket Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the beauty industryCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders to drive sales and strong joint business planning processSales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.
Partnering with Sales Planning to ensure accurate forecasts across new items launches and promotions at shelfCollaboration: Strong collaboration skills working closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure successful product launchesPerformance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performanceTraining & Development:
