Job Description

About The RoleKKday Thailand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is for 2 days per week and is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling administrative tasks independently. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies procurement, and front-desk support. Handle expense reports (petty cash, reimbursements, rentals, etc. ) and liaise with finance on reconciliation. Support travel, meeting, and logistics arrangements for the business team. Set up laptops and accounts for new joiners; coordinate with IT for troubleshooting. Maintain inventory records for laptops, monitors, and office equipment.

Assist with HR admin tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, document handling, and employee records. Provide general administrative support for ad hoc tasks and projects. QualificationsPrior experience in office administration or administrative support is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluent in Thai and English. Familiar with Mac. Immediate availability is preferred.
