KOL/Affiliate Specialist (MCN)

As an KOL/Affiliate Specialist in MCN, you will manage and support a network of affiliate creators, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and growth through strategic partnerships.Job Descriptions:Source, identify, and onboard affiliate / creators aligned with the company’s vision and goals.Manage smooth onboarding processes to ensure affiliate / creators are set up for success.Provide guidance to creators on content creation, marketing strategies, and engagement techniques.Develop training materials to improve influencers' content quality and platform understanding.Analyze affiliate / creators performance, track metrics, and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with affiliate / creators to create growth plans and provide feedback to enhance results.Build relationships with brands to secure collaboration opportunities for affiliate / creators.Oversee campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication between influencers and brands.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years in affiliate management or creator management. Previously working in MCN or handle affiliate in brand will be a huge plus.Familiarity with community building or partnerships is a plus.Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystem.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach.Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure.Willing to work onsite in SurabayaGot a question?
