KOL/Affiliate Specialist (Paid-Internship)

Supertar Agency is looking for KOL/Affiliate Specialist Intern position. As an intern, you will support our team in managing brand campaigns and building strong relationships with creators. You will gain direct experience in the fast-growing influencer marketing and creator economy industry, working across Brand, Campaign & Partnership!Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns with KOLs and affiliates on TikTok and Shopee (TAP, paid collaborations, etc.). Support campaign coordination with internal teams, brands, and creators to ensure smooth delivery and timelines are met. Help source, onboard, and engage affiliate/KOLs that match campaign needs. Monitor campaign performance, organize data, and help prepare reports for internal and client use. Maintain clear communication and relationships with brand partners and creators under team supervision. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field. Strong interest in influencer marketing, social commerce, and the creator economy. Basic knowledge of TikTok & Shopee features/trends is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
