With our own private factory, we guarantee superior product quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and strengthen our brands in the beauty industry.Position: KOL & Influencer LeadWork Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital campaign execution.Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Proven ability to manage multiple KOLs and oversee end-to-end campaigns with tight deadlines.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in handling deliverables, contracts, and partnerships.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and provide actionable insights.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation and workflows.Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, creative, production, sales) and ensure seamless campaign alignment.Proactive, adaptable, and up-to-date with platform changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices.Job Responsibilities:Influencer Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies by creating campaign concepts, content guidelines, and briefs to ensure strong alignment with brand objectives.KOL Relationship Management: Identify, evaluate, and recruit relevant KOLs; maintain ongoing communication and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging across all collaborations.Campaign Execution & Coordination: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from content approvals and scheduling to final execution across multiple platforms—while overseeing KOL team performance to meet defined KPIs.Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless campaign execution.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to provide insights and optimize future strategies.Trend & Platform Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with influencer trends, platform developments, and industry best practices to strengthen strategic direction continuously.Why Join Eka Jaya Group?At Eka Jaya Group, we empower our team members to learn, grow, and make an impact.
