Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Senior Product Analyst and Head of Product to define, track, and report product KPIs. Pull, clean, and reconcile data from multiple sources (e. g. , product logs, transactional data, marketing data). Build and maintain recurring dashboards, automated reports, and lightweight performance scorecards. Conduct ad-hoc deep dives on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, and product feature usage. Support product experiments (A/B tests, pilots) with pre/post metrics and statistical readouts (with guidance). Monitor and verify data migrations; flag gaps, duplications, and integrity issues. Document data definitions, query logic, and dashboard usage to drive self-serve analytics.

Prepare clear visualizations and short narrative summaries for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide basic training or walkthroughs of analytics tools to business users as needed. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. ~1–3 years’ experience in product, business, or data analytics. Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with at least one BI / data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Studio, etc. ). Ability to translate data into clear insights, trends, and recommended actions. Strong attention to detail; disciplined in data validation and documentation. Effective written and verbal communication in English.

(Required. )Nice to Have / PreferredBasic Python or R for data wrangling and automation. Experience working with large-scale digital products (fintech, e-commerce, mobile apps). Familiarity with event instrumentation, product analytics tools (e. g. , Mixpanel, Amplitude), or experimentation platforms. Experience collaborating across regional or cross-functional teams.
