🎯 Вакансія: KYB / Onboarding Specialist (B2B клієнти)📍 Формат: Full-time, Remote📈 Рівень: Junior+ / MiddleFlexify Finance is looking for a B2B client onboarding specialist to help us review, analyse and onboard companies from around the world. If you don’t just tick boxes but understand what true KYB analysis is — keep reading! 😉🔍 What you’ll be doing:Analyse potential clients’ websites — content, domains, policies and compliance with the type of business.Search for and verify public information about businesses: reviews, media coverage and reputation.Work with tools like SimilarWeb, BuiltWith and ScamAdviser to assess traffic sources and potential risks.Conduct screening against sanctions lists, PEPs and adverse media.Take part in preparing EDD files and case escalations.Review sets of corporate documents (registration, structure, agreements, resolutions, etc.).Manage clients from high‑risk industries such as crypto, gambling and forex.Analyse business models, websites, online activity and legal risks.Identify red flags, assess risks and draw conclusions.Collaborate with other teams during the onboarding process.✅ What we expect:At least 1 year of experience in KYB / Compliance / AML / Client Onboarding (specifically with legal entities).Understanding of corporate documentation specifics in various jurisdictions (EU, UK, BVI, Hong Kong, etc.).Ability to analyse company websites and digital footprints.Knowledge of AML/CTF fundamentals, FATF and 6AMLD.English at upper‑intermediate level or higher (most cases are international).Preferred: experience working with high‑risk clients (crypto, gambling, forex).Preferred: experience using verification tools (SumSub, LexisNexis, etc.).🚀 What we offer:Work in an international team with professional, transparent communication.Challenging yet interesting cases with real risks.Space for growth and participation in shaping processes.Flexible schedule and working format.📩 If you have relevant KYB experience working with B2B clients, we’d love to talk!
