Job Description

Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our CRM & product strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role involves executing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data to draw actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our initiatives. This contributes to strong brand engagement and drives active customer database growth. Key accountabilities :

Responsible for products, samples, testers, GWP and collateral planning and execution throughout the product lifecycleLead, develop, define and oversee the product launch/re-promoted strategy as well as communicate across organization which align with business goals and manage portfolio to accelerate the business growth.

Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendation on product and consumer launch and re-promote to teamLead forecasting process for all product both new and existing, in partner with sales, retail and logistic team and ensure timely product availability in alignment with marketing strategyConduct consumer analysis and planning to define consumer engagement strategy and execution to drive consumer loyalty and retention as well as uplift customer experience.

Initiate, plan, and lead the execution of consumer lifecycle, cultivation campaign and loyalty program to increase customer lifetime value, grow membership account and sales contributionImplement triggered and automated lifecycle journeys, utilizing email and SMS messaging by leveraging data to drive performance. Assist marketing manager to develop and implement comprehensive 360 marketing plans for new product launch and existing products.

Assist Marketing Manager to implement new launches and maintain growth in new launch, key focus products/categoriesMonitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using a range of variables and assumptions to guide strategic decisions, optimize future campaigns and improve ROI. Work collaboratively with VM and Sales team on store planogram optimization, suggest and review product assortments. Rationalize product assortment and plan based on sales and strategy. Work closely with a diverse team (sales, logistics, education, retail, communication, SDVM and partner agencies to manage end-to-end campaign execution and build broader product and consumer strategyQualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in marketing within a consumer-driven industry or product marketing. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept at interpreting data into actionable insights that can be shared across the organization, including upper-level management. Able to critically evaluate complex business issues to develop customer-centric solutions. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, detail-oriented, stay organized, take the initiative, and work on a multitude of ongoing projects at the same time while meeting tight deadlines.

Willing to go the extra mile and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Bilingual or highly proficient both spoken and written in Thai and English. Thai nationality only.
