You’ll Be Working OnFinancial Planning & Analysis: Commercial Investment ManagementLead Annual budget and monthly forecasting of commercial investments (trade spends, promotions, discounts)Track actuals vs. plan, ensure correct accruals and monitor deviations and identify risk and opportunitiesEstablish clear investments KPIs and deliver data-backed recommendation to optimize investmentsChallenge investment decisions that do not generate value; re-allocate funds to higher-performing activitiesAnalyze trade structures by customer and by channel, identify inefficiencies or margin erosionRecommend actions to improve customer profitability by supporting strategic partnershipControlling & Reporting:
Monitor P&L by brand, channel, and customer to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategyEnsure accurate financial reporting, including monthly closings, accruals, and margin analysis. Monitor trade spends ensure compliance with internal policies. Coordinate with accounting and shared service teams on audits and monthly closings. Business Partnering: Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Category, RGM and Demand Planning teams to support new launches, trade investments, pricing strategies, customer strategies and ROI analysis. Provide clear and actionable financial insights to guide key business decisions, such as promotions and distribution expansion. Process Optimization & Compliance:
Identify areas for process improvement and drive automation/digital tools for finance. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate guidelines, and audit standards. You’ll Thrive In This Role If You HaveA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in controlling, financial planning, or auditing (Beauty, Consumer Goods, or FMCG is a strong plus). Strong expertise in commercial investment management, pricing and trade termsSolid understanding of beauty market dynamics, shopper behavior and omni-channel environmentExcellent analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like SAP, Power BI, or other ERP/reporting systems. Fluency in English and Thai.
