We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated L1 Support Agent to join our client's team anywhere in Poland/Romania (Remote). Our mission is to be the foremost recruitment specialist in securing exceptional talent for a diverse range of global clients.Who You Will Work With:Our client is a globally recognized technology company delivering IT services, consulting, and business solutions. They partner with leading organizations worldwide to drive digital transformation, leveraging innovation and deep industry expertise to solve complex business challenges.Experience Level: 1-2 years in IT helpdesk or customer service, preferably in retail or B2B environments.Job Description:First point of contact for store users via phone and ServiceNow ticketing system.Performs initial triage, basic troubleshooting, and procedural resolution for IT, supply chain, marketing, and finance issues.Manages tickets, documents interactions, and ensures timely resolution per SLAs.Escalates complex issues to higher tiers as needed.Contributes to knowledge base and provides basic user training.Must be fluent in either two of languages (Spanish, English), Dutch, English and French, Engilish) as per country requirements.Key Skills:IT helpdesk/customer service (retail/B2B preferred)Initial triage and troubleshootingServiceNow and ticketing system proficiencyDocumentation and procedural adherenceSLA-driven resolutionKnowledge base contributionMultilingual fluency (Spanish +English, Dutch+English, French+english)Basic user training and escalation managementCustomer-centric mindsetLanguage Preferences: Spanish/Dutch/French + English (anyone language is fine)How to ApplyApply by submitting your resume today, showcasing your relevant experience and passion for the position via LinkedIn Easy Apply or directly to james.a@dabster.net
