In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, conducting experiments, and managing lab resources while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.Minimum 3+ years of lab experience Should be able to solder fine pitch components like 0201, 0402 & IC’s like QFP, TQFN, and TSSOP etc.Should have a good understanding of electronic component (Size, polarity, coding)Should be skilled in Hand soldering and Rework of SMD componentsBasic understanding of the lab equipment’s like thermal chamber and oscilloscopeShould be able to Interpret Schematic DiagramsExperience in Setting up Lab Experiment Set Ups.Experience in Inventory Maintenance.Experience in Lab Set Up.Experience in Computer/Server Assembly & OS Installation & Configuration.Excellent communication skills requiredSupport in day-to-day lab activities.Perform and supervise various laboratory tests, experiments, and analysesOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentsManage lab inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levelsImplement and enforce lab safety protocols and quality control proceduresAnalyze and interpret data, preparing comprehensive reports on findingsEnsure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standardsMaintain accurate records of experiments, results, and lab activitiesParticipate in the development and implementation of new laboratory proceduresManage lab schedules and coordinate projects to meet deadlines efficientlyQualificationsBachelor's degree, ITI/DiplomaMinimum 3+ years of experience in a laboratory settingExcellent knowledge of lab safety protocols and quality control proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)Familiarity with industry regulations and standards Effective communication and leadership abilitiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precisionAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in the fieldAdditional InformationSandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
