Contribute to a high-quality team at 360biolabs complying with relevant standards, regulatory guidelines and SOPs.Key Responsibility AreasThe key responsibility areas (KRAs) are the major outputs for which the position is responsible and are not a comprehensive statement of the position activitiesSafetyEnsure the safe and efficient conduct of laboratory activitiesEnsure compliance to relevant internal processes and statutory requirementsTeamworkMaintain high levels of communication with colleagues and productive relationships with service providers and other partnersAccreditationAdhere to ISO/IEC 17025, OECD Principles of GLP, GCLP Principles, 360biolabs’ Quality Management System, and other requirements as per NATA Accreditation and regulatory guidelinesGeneral Duties and Laboratory WorkMaintain the laboratories in an efficient and well-organised mannerOrder and maintain consumable supplies for the laboratoriesReceive goods, reagents: review and complete relevant documentation and store correctlyMaintain, schedule and update equipment service and calibration records in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)Assist with the procurement of laboratory equipmentEnsure laboratory equipment is cleaned, maintained and calibrated as required according to relevant SOPs and maintenance schedulesAssist with the coordination of reagent and goods shipmentsRespond and investigate Temperature Monitoring Alarms in a timely mannerData Analysis, Reporting, and Document WorkReview policies, SOPs, systems and procedures to assure the quality and integrity of service offerings at 360biolabsMaintain records (LIMS, database and paper) to levels consistent with relevant standards and industry expectationsProfessional DevelopmentAttend meetings and training associated with the work of 360biolabsKey Selection CriteriaTertiary education in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience (Essential)Experience / Knowledge / AttributesExperience working in a quality-controlled environment preferably an accredited facility following ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, or similar quality systems (Essential)Excellent organisational and time-management skills (Essential)Ability to work as part of a team (Essential)Good communication skills and willingness to learn (Essential)Experience in handling clinical samples etc. (Essential)Experience with use of a Lab Information Management System (LIMS) (Desirable)High motivation and enthusiasm for biomedical research(Desirable)For any questions, please reach out to careers@360biolabs.comApply now if you have what it takes to join our team!360biolabs is a flexible, equal opportunity employer looking for committed and like-minded people to join us.
