Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Specialist role based in El Maadi El Gadida. The Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control measures are adhered to, and analyzing samples with high accuracy. The specialist will collaborate closely with medical teams to support patient care and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and standards. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Laboratory Equipment usage and maintenanceComprehensive Laboratory Skills, including handling specimens and conducting diagnostic testsProficient Analytical Skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detailExperience in Quality Control and adherence to safety and regulatory standardsBackground in Laboratory Medicine or a related field is essentialStrong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a medical environmentBachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related disciplineRelevant certifications or licensure in laboratory practices is a plus
