Our roles are within fully inclusive worksites. Role Description This is a contract role for Labour Hire at Hope Industries. The role is on-site and located in Geelong, VIC. The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks including manual labor, assisting with site setup, machinery operation, ensuring worksite safety, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are crucial in this role. Qualifications Experience in manual labor and machinery operation is idealKnowledge of site setup and construction safety protocolsAbility to work collaboratively with team membersStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work long hours in various weather conditionsExcellent communication skillsA valid White Card and relevant certifications are advantageousPrior experience in construction or a related field is beneficial
