Job ResponsibilityAssist in coordinating vessel schedules, cargo loading/unloading, and port activities. Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, Manifests, Customs forms). Liaise with customers, shipping agents, hauliers, and port authorities on shipment status. Monitor container/equipment control and update operational systems. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies. Provide administrative and reporting support to the Operations team. Job RequirementsQualifications & RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Shipping, Logistics, or related field (fresh graduates may apply). Knowledge of shipping documentation and port procedures preferred. Proficient in MS Office; experience with shipping systems is an advantage.
