Lawyer - Debt Capital Markets

We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for a Lawyer to join their Debt Capital Markets team. The Role:The successful candidate will join a market-leading capital markets team, advising on a broad range of complex debt capital market transactions for both Irish and international clients. The work covers structured finance and capital markets matters, including securitisations, derivatives, private credit, structured debt, regulatory issues in addition to a range of other matters. The candidate will work with a wide client base including issuers, trustees, and arrangers.
