The role requires ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tasks and providing comprehensive, innovative solutions for complex matters, particularly in: Drafting & Transactions: Drafting, reviewing, and preparing various legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements; preparing precise, practical legal recommendations for complex transactions. Analyzing, summarizing, and proposing amendments to complex legal documents, maintaining strong attention to detail. Contributing actively to legal due diligence processes and supporting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Preparing legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings. Practice Management: Managing legal files against clear timelines, tracking billable hours and progress, and utilizing document-management and time-tracking tools efficiently to ensure organized workflow. Conducting in-depth legal research on applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents. Writing legal articles and newsletters to support firm knowledge and client communication. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; an LL.M is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in reputable law firms. Excellent command of legal drafting and communication in Arabic (Essential). Strong proficiency in English (both drafting and communication) is considered a strong advantage and highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws, with experience in local and cross-border matters. Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures. Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management. Superior communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
