At Niceone, we prioritize inclusivity, growth, and collaboration, empowering each team member’s unique perspective to drive business success and ensure legal compliance in an evolving digital retail environment.Key Responsibilities – Legal Compliance, Risk Management, Digital RetailContract Review and Drafting: Prepare, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, NDAs, and related documents to safeguard Niceone’s business interests across all areas of operation.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi laws, digital retail regulations, and industry standards, advising business partners on best practices and emerging requirements.Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks, conduct thorough research, and make actionable recommendations to minimize exposure across Niceone’s business functions.Dispute Resolution Support: Assist internal teams in managing legal disputes, preparing supporting documentation, and liaising with external counsel when necessary.Policy Development: Support the creation, implementation, and communication of company policies and procedures, promoting ethical, compliant, and inclusive workplace practices.Data Privacy and Intellectual Property: Advise on personal data protection, copyright, trademark, and other IP issues relevant to digital commerce and marketing activities.Collaboration and Training: Work cross-functionally to deliver legal training sessions and guidance that strengthen compliance awareness across all teams.Skills And Qualifications – Legal Specialist, Digital Business EnvironmentEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; relevant certifications or a Saudi law license are highly valued.Relevant Experience: Experience (2+ years preferred) in legal research, contract management, compliance, or in-house legal support, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or technology sectors.Analytical Ability: Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and interpreting regulatory and legal trends.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
