Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar for a Lawyer. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal cases, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Additional responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing case strategies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and collaborating with other professionals to deliver the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications Strong legal research, case analysis, and interpretation skillsProficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and various legal documentsExperience in litigation, dispute resolution, and client representationExcellent negotiation, problem-solving, and advisory skillsKnowledge of local, regional, and international laws and regulationsSoft skills Master's degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent; possession of a legal practice license is requiredPrevious experience in labor law, commercial law, or similar specialties is advantageous
