About Us:We’re building the next wave of celebrity and creator-led fashion brands, where you’ll design elevated, thoughtful collections for A-list talent, top creators, and our own in-house labels. Backed by a globally recognized entrepreneur and partnered with one of the largest creator platforms in the world, we design, launch, and scale brands with cultural impact at their core. Our approach blends world-class design, rapid development cycles, deep creator partnerships, and a strong POV on storytelling and aesthetics.Location: Hybrid role based in our Hollywood office. On-site time will vary depending on development cycles, fittings, and collaboration needs.Position Type: The role will start as a contract position with the intent to convert to a full-time role when collection production commences.What You’ll Do:Collaborate with leadership to assess creators and celebrities who align with our design vision, audience goals, and emerging whitespace in the market.Lead the full design process rom research, trend analysis, and mood boards to sketches, samples, and production.Develop original designs that align with each celebrity’s style and the overall brand vision, ensuring both creative depth and commercial appeal.Present compelling design narratives that communicate the “why” behind each collection to founders and key stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for factories and vendors globally, clearly communicating design intent and feedback.Mentor junior designers and freelancers as the team grows.What You Bring:Extensive design experience in lifestyle or activewear collections; experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.Expert understanding of garment construction, textiles, print and pattern, and the full product development cycle.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required. Experience with PLM tools (WFX, Centric, or similar) is strongly preferred. Familiarity with CLO3D or collaborative tools like Miro is a plus.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative environment with minimal oversight.Please provide a link to your portfolio and any supplementary representation of prior work (content, press, etc) related to commercially successful collections for considerationCompensation & Benefits:Contract Period: $45–$55 per hourFull-Time (After Conversion): $90,000–$120,000 (Base + Bonus)
