In addition to directly creating materials, this role may also partner with and guide external agencies in content development. In support of building our brands globally, the Sr. Creative Media Design Specialist will collaborate with creative team members around the globe to assist with local adaptation and translation of materials.This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.In-house creative expert that supports internal clients to develop brand-right, print, digital and interactive materials that helps deliver business results, including PowerPoint presentations, internal and external marketing collateral, animation, audio, and video.Responsible for concepting, design, production, account management, traffic coordination, copywriting, quality assurance, print supervision and budget management.Ensures on a consistent basis that high quality work is delivered on time and on budget. May manage third party design agencies and/or consultants in support of business objectives.Design and produce assets for omnichannel advertising campaigns, promotional marketing materials, direct-to patient, and business communications, all consistent with Medtronic brand standardsMaintain and promote an internal awareness of industry design trends and standards along with a focus on processes and toolsEnsure the use of analytics and customer data to navigate direction and make creative decisionsMust Have: Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your resumeHigh School Diploma with 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design field including experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, website design, print and graphic layout and design and experience with motion graphicsORAssociates Degree with 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design field including experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, website design, print and graphic layout and design and experience with motion graphicsORBachelors Degree with 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design field including experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, website design, print and graphic layout and design and experience with motion graphicsNice to HaveIntermediate to expert skill with the Adobe Creative Cloud, including, but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Eloqua design / software platformsProven experience designing websitesPrint and graphic layout and design for advertising, brochures, and booth graphicsIntermediate skill with motion graphicsBasic knowledge of HTML as well as designing for digital (interactive, social media, email, etc.)Experience with Adobe XD is a plusDemonstrate the ability to lead projects on behalf of a larger team.Experience editing videos in Adobe Premier and/or 3D renderingExperience with web-based authoring tools such as Eloqua and Adobe Experience ManagerExperience with emerging animation and video techniquesAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesStrong project management experience and ability to work independentlyVendor management experienceKnowledge of the healthcare industryPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$80,000.00 - $120,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
