As the Lead Construction Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring their successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Develop and implement strategic plans for multiple large-scale construction projectsLead and motivate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractorsOversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsNegotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractorsConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project issuesCollaborate with senior management to align construction goals with overall organizational objectivesImplement innovative construction methodologies and technologies to improve efficiency and sustainabilityServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and government officialsMonitor and report on project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan promptlyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 20 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful large-scale projectsProfessional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practicesStrong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and local building standardsExpertise in project management software and CAD applicationsExceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to manage complex budgets and financial planningStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesFamiliarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processesFluency in English
