Our internal structure is built around cross-departamental collaboration, streamlining the briefing-to-production process. With two main departments, IDEAS and OPPORTUNITIES, silos are non-existent.If you’re tired of riding alone, we’ve got an empty saddle for a lead designer who is ready to hop on and add to our pedalling-power.As a lead designer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design output, working closely with both departments. Your day-to-day could involve exploring new design tools, shaping creative assets, designing decks, and assisting the creative director with visual executions.THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU, IF:You’re looking for a design role that is equal parts creative and executionalYou’re an explorer of artistic mediums, taking pleasure in the creative processYou consider yourself a ‘hybrid’ instead of a ‘specialistYou enjoy roles with a high variety of projectsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Native-level English speaker, other languages are a bonus.A thorough design process and workflow, sustained by a sharp eye for detail.A curiosity for the latest design trends and tools around the world, and a desire to inject freshness into every project.A hands-on mentality that leads comfortably and collaborates efficiently.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
