Take responsibility for specific workstreams within projects – from concept sketches to detailed refinement. Translate research insights and strategic inputs into tangible design proposals. Use and further develop your skills with digital and AI-driven tools to enhance ideation, visualization, and workflow efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand strategists, researchers, interaction designers, and communication specialists to create cohesive and meaningful brand ecosystems. Present and articulate your design rationale clearly within the team and, at times, to clients.We are looking for…A curious, proactive mindset and the drive to make things better. The ambition to grow quickly and take on responsibility within projects. Solid foundational skills in product / industrial design, including conceptual thinking and visualization. Someone who enjoys building, testing, refining, and sometimes starting over. Experience or interest in interaction principles, and emerging technologies, especially in fields like smart home and automation. A degree in product design / industrial design (or comparable field) and first practical experience through internships or projects. Fluency in English.KISKA is an equal opportunity employer.
