Working closely with the CEO and Executive Team, this team ensures seamless coordination, communication, and support across the organisation.Your role, your impactAs Lead Executive Assistant, you’ll be the trusted right hand to the CEO and a key driver of excellence across our executive support function. You’ll help shape how we work at the highest levels—ensuring clarity, consistency, and collaboration across the organisation.Key responsibilities:Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CEO, including correspondence, calendar and workflow managementAct as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersLead and coordinate the Executive Assistant cohort across the organisationDevelop and implement consistent systems and standards for executive supportOversee and quality-check executive-level documentation, including supporting Board papersSupport strategic initiatives and organisational priorities through project coordinationManage key meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actionsCoach and mentor Executive Assistants to build a high-performing, collaborative teamCoordinate travel and logistics for the CEO and Executive Team as neededRepresent the CEO’s office with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to Each’s valuesAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring:Minimum 7 years’ experience in executive-level support, including supporting a CEO or equivalentExperience leading or coordinating a team or function within a complex organisationStrong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skillsHigh-level discretion, integrity, and political acumenAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to write correspondence on behalf of the CEO as requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration toolsWhat Will Make You Stand OutQualification in Business Administration or related discipline (e.g., Advanced Diploma of Business Administration)Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagementA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetA collaborative leadership style that values inclusion and continuous improvementWhat’s In It For YouAt Each you’ll be supported to be your best.
