Then Kiwa is the organization for you when you want to become our new Lead Functional Consultants E-cert!About The RoleAs Lead Functional Consultant E-cert, you will own the continuity and evolution of Kiwa’s core certification application within the Flow! program. You will lead a team of Functional Consultants, coordinate releases and deployments, and align business needs with IT delivery across the globe. You will report to the Manager Application Management and collaborate with project managers, architects, key users and the E-cert system provider worldwide.What Does The Role Further EntailTo lead and develop a team of Functional Consultants, foster collaboration and knowledge sharing;To safeguard availability and performance, govern releases, changes, testing, training and deployments, maintain an agreed release calendar and UAT sign-offs;You coordinate country roll-outs and you align local needs with global standards and the common data model;To manage the external software vendor, own SLAs, QBRs, roadmaps, RCA quality, priorities and escalations;To standardize ways of working, documentation and adoption, ensure audit-ready documentation and drive continuous improvement.Do you have what it takes?You are a structured, pro-active leader who combines application management expertise with strong stakeholder- and vendor management skills. You can balance hands-on delivery with team coaching in an international, hybrid setting.Further You BringA Bachelor degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business and IT or similar;7+ years experience in application management or functional consulting, including leading small teams or streams;IT project management experience is a big plus;Experience with enterprise SaaS or ERP or CRM. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or FO is a strong plus;Solid grasp of release, change and test management in multi-environment landscapes;Proven vendor governance experience, including SLAs, roadmaps, RCA and problem management;Working knowledge of IT security, privacy and data governance, and ability to ensure conformance;You are a strong communicator and facilitator, fluent in English;You are based in the Netherlands and allowed to work here, and you are willing and able to travel across Europe.What can you expect from us in return?Kiwa is one of the most successful companies in inspection, testing, certification and technical consulting.
