The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, communicating with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential property investments, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and maintaining current market knowledge.Key Responsibilities:* Identify and research potential leads through various techniques.* Qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria before passing them to the sales team.* Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or social media.* Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.Requirements:* fluency in English* ⁠at least 3-6 Month of experience required * Bachelor degree from any majorBenefits:* Fixed morning shift* Fixed days off* Simple and clear daily tasks* Attractive basic salary
