About The RoleSeeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to oversee design execution, client relationships, and project teams across commercial (F&B, office, clinic) and high-end residential projects. This role requires strong creative leadership, business awareness, and hands-on delivery capability.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design development (concept → technical → delivery)Prepare high-quality presentations, mood boards, and design proposalsManage junior / associate designers and external vendorsHandle project pricing, budgeting, and FF&E planningCommunicate directly with clients and ensure project successCommercial projects: support business development activitiesResidential/custom build: manage client engagement and project coordinationEnsure high design standards & project qualityRequirements3+ years experience in interior design (commercial or luxury residential preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating both concept & execution skillsExperience leading design team or projectsProficient in design tools (AutoCAD / SketchUp / Adobe / equivalents)Strong communication and client-facing abilityAble to operate in a fast-paced creative environment
