In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and retouching images, preparing visual assets for client projects, and creating cohesive designs for social media, marketing materials, and brand deliverables. You will work closely with our videographers, editors, and creative leads to ensure all visuals are consistent with brand guidelines and meet our agency’s quality standards.QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom (retouching, colour correction, compositing).Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator and Canva (Figma is a bonus).Strong portfolio demonstrating photo editing and graphic design work.Good understanding of design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, spacing, colour).Ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines.Experience creating visuals for social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube).Strong attention to detail with the ability to self–quality check.Good file organisation habits (naming, exporting, folder structuring).Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.Strong communication skills and ability to follow creative direction.Remote position
