At CoreStar, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, tackle exciting challenges, and directly contribute to impactful products.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven and KPI-oriented Lead of Sales to manage our outbound Sales team and maximise revenue through structured call campaigns and strong player engagement. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, can identify weaknesses and opportunities directly from KPIs, and knows how to build effective outbound strategies based on data.The Lead of Sales will also oversee the performance of our AI Sales Bot (auto-calling) — focusing on script quality, logic, and results — without managing any technical configuration.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team LeadershipLead, supervise, and coach a team of outbound Sales Agents (FTD, reactivation, churn prevention).Perform regular call reviews and provide actionable coaching tips.Build training materials, scripts, objection-handling guidelines, and performance standards.Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly targets.KPI-Driven Strategy & CampaignsAnalyse KPIs to identify weak points, trends, and new opportunities.Request additional KPIs or data whenever needed to support better decision-making.Build and manage outbound campaigns (FTD recovery, reactivation, churn reduction, upsell).Adjust campaigns based on performance and align with other departments when needed.AI Sales Bot Supervision (Non-Technical)Create and optimise scripts and call scenarios used by the AI Sales Bot.Monitor bot performance, conversions, objections, and behaviour.Ensure consistency between human agents and AI call strategies.Cross-Department CoordinationWork closely with CRM, BI, Payments, and VIP to ensure targeting and priorities are aligned.Maintain clear documentation, processes, and communication flows.Anticipate workload peaks and adjust team planning accordingly.📌 RequirementsProven experience in outbound Sales within the iGaming industry (Team Lead or Manager level).Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach.Ability to build strong sales scripts, campaigns, and call strategies.Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.High sense of ownership, organisation, and problem-solving ability.Fluent in English; other languages are a strong advantage.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with Voiso and RetellAI.Experience with auto-dialers or AI calling systems (non-technical).Knowledge of Zendesk or other call management tools.Multi-market iGaming sales experience.📌 Benefits:🏝 24 working days of paid annual leave🤝 6 days of paid sick leave🖊 Official employment📄 Medical insurance☕️ Coffee zone with fruit & snacks available in the office🥗 Corporate Lunch provided by the company💪 Gym and sports classes🙌 Healthy and friendly work atmosphereJoin us and be one of the Core Stars! ⭐
