You'll work from modern offices in Amsterdam, with the flexibility to be hands-on with project sites and part of a collaborative engineering environment.What Will You Do?As a Lead or Senior Piping & Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be the right hand to the Discipline Manager and a mentor to a team of around 10 engineers. Expect to:Drive the engineering process from concept to completionManage planning, scope, and technical alignment with all stakeholdersOversee design deliverables, perform technical reviews, and ensure qualityCoach and develop junior and mid-level engineersVisit sites, prepare cost estimates, and engage in hands-on project workCollaborate across disciplines in a 3D engineering environmentRepresent the discipline in client meetings and reviewsYou’ll work on diverse projects in industries like waste processing and steel production — all contributing to a more climate-neutral future.What Do You Bring?Solid experience in Piping & Mechanical Engineering, ideally in a Lead or Senior capacityStrong communication and team leadership skillsA hands-on, proactive approach to technical challengesFamiliarity with multidisciplinary project environments and 3D toolsWhat Do You Get in Return?Salary up to €6.000 per month25 vacation daysTravel cost reimbursementLong-term career outlook within a growing teamWork on meaningful, sustainable engineering projects
